Do I need a consultation first?

Yes — we recommend a consultation before starting either treatment so we can confirm it’s the right fit for your goals and check for any contraindications.

What should I wear?

You remain fully clothed for both treatments, though we recommend comfortable clothing without metal fastenings near the treatment area.

What should I bring to a session?

Sessions are hands-off and fully clothed, so there’s not much to bring — just remove watches, belts, and metal jewellery near the treatment area, and take your phone or other electronics out of your pockets beforehand. Since a session runs around 28–30 minutes and you’re settled in one spot the whole time, most clients like to bring something to pass the time — a book, or headphones for music or a podcast, work well.

Yes — some clients use both as part of a broader plan (for example, our postpartum core reconnect program combines pelvic floor and abdominal sessions). Your practitioner can advise on what combination suits your goals.

Some people notice a change in awareness or control after the first couple of sessions, but meaningful, lasting improvement typically builds over the full course of treatment.
